'cism!

Scribblenauts.

According to Jeremiah Slaczka, Creative Director on the Nintendo DS title:

"the word was included in Scibblnauts because it is an ingredient of the Ecuadorian dish Fancesca, which is listed, on Wikipedia, as including a "figleaf gourd", or "sambo".

Riiiiight.

Being serious for a moment, someone within 5th Cell (the developer) should have caught this and excluded it from the game. The term Sambo is very loaded, and even if you wanted to use it to represent a dish from Ecuador (I wonder if there are any other international food items in the game)the chances of someone not making a connection, and not being offended is pretty slim.

They might have a problem on their hands.
